The right applicant will have experience of accounts and book keeping through a computer software programme. We use SME Professional which has been developed exclusively for the property leasing industry, so quite rare, however training will be given. The applicant will have excellent communication skills with clients and able to carry out various office duties as needed.
The successful applicant will also have the ability to build excellent long-term relationships with our landlords; most of whom are professionals.
Full training will be given on our software packages

Disburse funds as needed
Day to day administrative duties as required
Process payments as well as documents i.e. invoices, statements
Make Bank deposits
Check all financial transactions for accuracy
Reconcile Bank accounts
Chasing late rental payments
Managing petty cash transactions
Enter financial transactions appropriately
Experience of book keeping and accounting systems (preferable)
Administrative/ organisation skills
Ability to detect inconsistencies
A calm, level headed person, with strength of character
Systematic approach with strong administrative skills
Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail
Keyboard skills so that the applicant would be able to generate their own letters, statements. invoices etc.
