The main role of this position includes but not exclusive to, property maintenance and property management. Dealing with day to day management of incoming maintenance issues, liaising between landlords and tenants and ensuring contractors are where they are supposed to be. Balancing a good client relationship with both tenant and landlord requires exceptional people skills, not to mention a steady nerve! You will also be required to visit properties both in the City and Shire, to report on condition, maintenance issues, damage etc. using text and photos via an app. There will be a shared vehicle for this but should you choose to use your own car we will pay an additional remuneration.
The successful applicant will also have the ability to build excellent long-term relationships with our landlords; most of whom are professionals.
Full training will be given on our software and App packages

Ensure all legislative certification is up to date
Co-ordinating renewal of above
Advising utility companies of meter readings and tenant change overs
To carry out inspections at tenanted properties
Co-ordination of estimates and undertaking of repairs by contractors during tenancy
Co-ordination of any repairs, cleaning as required at the end of each tenancy
Authorising final invoices of repairs for accounts to process
Day to day correspondence and filing
Clean, current driving license
A calm, level headed person, with strength of character
Systematic approach with strong administrative skills
Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail
Ability to use a computer
Keyboard skills so that the applicant would be able to generate their own letters, reports, work orders etc.
